A Gallery Patron at Tate Modern in London, enjoying Ellsworth Kelly's "Gironde".
I loved seeing all the contemporary art in London last year. This was my first painting of the "Gallery Patron" series. More to follow!
I tackled it in slooowww drying oils, which was an interesting challenge as I've been working with acrylics for quite a while and there's a real difference in approach. I loved the advantage of being able to make any changes easily, especially in the blending department.
